Park Lane’s cabins are completely furnished, including bedding & a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, toasters, microwave oven & coffee maker. Please bring your own soap & bath and kitchen towels. For your comfort & convenience, ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING & AIR CONDITIONED & have a deck with table, chairs & grill. A limited number of highchairs, cribs & fans are available. A large pit is available on the beach for special campfires (& s'mores!). ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! (Sorry, no exceptions.)

* Occupants over the base occupancy must be approved by Park Lane & there will be a charge of $15 per person per night ** seven night minimum stay 6/13 to 8/15
*** 9/4-7 Labor Day Package is 4 days & 3 Nights ****three night minimum stay 5/16 to 6/13 & 8/15 to 9/4

  
   
 

Any person above the maximum occupancy for your cabin must be approved by us.
If you need more space for your group, please consider renting a larger cabin or an additional cabin.

- A $350 deposit per cabin per week is required at time of reservation. Remainder of rental fee due at check-In.

- Each Extra Occupant will be charged $15.00 per night.

- Reservations will be held for 10 days without a deposit.

- Each Daytime Visitor will be charged $10.00 per day. Please keep day visitors to a minimum.

- All visitors must park on the street, not on the Resort property. Please inform your visitors of this rule.

- Visiting boats may be pulled up on the beach, tied briefly to a dock, or placed in a rental boat lift for $20 per day. Must OK with us first

- No Pets Please! Please inform your visitors of this policy.

- Cancellation Policy: Deposit, less a $150.00 office fee, will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent your cabin for the entire week.
